Organizational well-being is the ability of an organization to promote and maintain the highest degree of physical, psychological and social well-being of workers in any type of job. It is the first element that influences the effectiveness, efficiency, productivity and development of a public structure.
Public bodies must periodically carry out surveys to detect the welfare state of workers. These also help to plan improvement interventions and to increase productivity. In 2013, the ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority) prepared a document on survey models and a questionnaire model.
Below are the results of the surveys conducted by the UPO starting from 2014 (for 2015 as part of the "Good Practice" initiative).
