The Research Infrastructures (RI) are linked structures, resources and services adopted by the scientific community to perform high level research in their respective fields (European Strategy Forum on Research Infrastructures)

The INFRA-P Call by the Piedmont Regional Authority has enabled UPO to create two accredited research infrastructures in Open Access. These can be accessed by external users via a “transparent” approach whereby all services, costs and related requests are published on the web.

The aim of these open infrastructures is the spread of ideas between the academic and industrial worlds, in order to promote regional economic growth.
