Gender Equality Plan

The Gender Equality Plan of the University of Piemonte Orientale is the document that defines the University's strategy to eliminate gender asymmetries. It indicates projects and concrete actions aimed at ending gender-based violence and sexist stereotypes. It also proposes actions to close the gender gap in recruitment and career advancement, achieving gender balance in decision-making processes.

In connection with the Positive Action Plan (PAP) and the Gender Balance Sheet, the GEP commits our University to pursue and strengthen a shared commitment to an inclusive university communitas capable of enhancing diversity and the specific and valuable skills of each of its members.
