NO-FEAR is a Horizon 2020 project aimed at constructing a consolidated network of European professionals in the field of Emergency Medical Systems, facilitating interaction between health, science and industry professionals.

Faced with new threats (chemical and biological weapons, terrorism, pandemics) yet lacking a strong and coordinated network of pan-European professionals, the consortium attempts to bring together a range of skills/competences, in order to respond to increasingly urgent issues in the European context.

Universities, research centres, governmental bodies, SMEs and NGOs all work together with the shared goal of improving the European response to emergencies and natural disasters.

No-FEAR is a 5-year project funded (€ 3,486,000) by the European Commission. The consortium comprises 18 partners from 10 EU member states and 2 associated countries.

CRIMEDIM acts as coordinator of the entire project, as well as focusing specifically on project activity linked to the education and training of practitioners in the field of disaster and emergency medicine management.
