How would you feel arriving in a foreign country, not speaking the local language and not knowing where to find accommodation? It would be handy if you already had a contact in the country, who could give you some useful advice.

You can offer this type of help for your peers from other countries who arrive in Italy: become a buddy for one of our international students, a ‘guardian’ to help him/her with useful information about the city and university life.

The BuddySystem is an initiative promoted by ESN (Erasmus Student Network). If you are enrolled at UPO, you can apply. You must know at least one foreign language and wish to help others. It is not necessary to have participated in the Erasmus+ programme or other mobility programmes.
