  1. Connect to www.studenti.uniupo.it
  2. Click on Menu at the top right of the page.
  3. Select “Eng” if you would like to view the page in English.
  4. You will see a page with “Didactics Structure Area”. Ignore this and click again on Menu, where you will find the items translated into English.
  5. At this point you need to create your own PROFILE. Click on “Registration".
  6. The “Web Registration Page” is now open. Click on the blue button “Web registration” at the bottom of the page.
  7. Fill in all the fields (fiscal code, personal details, residence address, etc.); click “Forward” after completing each field. If you are a non-EU citizen, you must upload the residence permit released by the Polizia di Stato (State Police). You need to choose a password for future access to this website. When all fields are complete, click “Confirm”. A summary of your login credentials closes the procedure. Please print and keep this statement for your convenience. You have registered as a prospective student. N.B: when typing in your telephone number, use 00 and not + for the international code
  8. You will be sent an email with your UserID number and selected password.
  9. Go back to the Menu (top right) and select Login. You are asked to enter your UserID and password. Click “Accedi/Confirm".
  10. Your Profile Page is now open. Click on Menu and select “International Mobility".
  11. Click on “Application Form for Incoming Students".
  12. You are now entering the Application Form for mobility section. Click on the blue button “Application Form for Incoming Students” at the bottom of the page.
  13. Fill in all the fields (Country of origin, your University, which programme you are applying for — ERASMUS, Free Mover, Double degree: the entries appear according to the period and deadlines of applications).  Please, make sure to fill in all the requested information: some data are retrieved from the profile you have already submitted while others are missing (eg. Erasmus area, Sending institution’s Erasmus Office, level of study, period).  Click “Forward” as you complete each field. A summary statement will close this part of registration; check the data and click “Confirm".
  14. Do not complete the “Accommodation” field. Should you need accommodation or information about this, please send an email to servizi.studenti@uniupo.it. Remember that some courses are taught in two different campuses/cities (e.g.: Law in Alessandria and in Novara). You can decide where to go, but cannot reverse this decision during the mobility period. Please, send us an email specifying which town you have decided to go to (erasmus@uniupo.it).
  15. Now you are asked to declare your personal documents. During the procedure, you have to upload some compulsory documents: ID card, a photo, any declaration of disability, Learning Agreement signed by your University, Language certificate or self-certification). Click “Forward” after completing each field. Though your ID card data may be retrieved from the precedent profile registration, you have to UPLOAD the document AGAIN
  16. At the end of the process, you are asked to check the data. The procedure is complete. Please, print the Mobility summary, sign it and send it to erasmus@uniupo.it by email with all the attachments.
