For State examinations for the professions of chartered accountant and accountancy expert, you must follow these specific provisions.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE STATE EXAMINATIONS OF CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS

Master's degree in one of the following classes: LM-77 or LM-56 (ex DM 270/2004) or a specialised degree in one of the following classes: 84/S or 64/S (ex DM 509/1999), or a degree awarded by the Faculty of Economics according to the didactic regulations prior to DM 509/99;
completed internship.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE EXPERT ACCOUNTANT EXAMINATION SESSIONS

degree in one of the following classes L-18 or L-33 (ex DM 270/2004) or 17 and 28 (ex DM 509/1999); 
completed internship.
At the time of enrolment, you must present the declaration of completed traineeships (see attached traineeship form) together with the documentation

EXEMPTION FROM THE FIRST WRITTEN TEST

As indicated in Ministerial Circular no. 9512 of 17/05/2024, the exemption rules do not apply to either the first or the second 2024 session of the State examinations for admission to the profession of Chartered Accountant and Accounting Expert.
