Course overview

This new Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Biotechnology addresses the strongly multidisciplinary field of pharmaceutical biotechnology and prepares you for work in the world of innovative biotechnological pharmaceuticals, which includes advanced therapy drugs. The course provides you with skills of planning, trialling, and production, as well as drug registration and postmarketing surveillance.

The course is reinforced with in-depth courses on specific sectors of pharmaceutical biotechnology; where possible, these courses will involve the participation of highly qualified professionals from universities abroad (visiting professors), companies (including foreign businesses), and scientific managers/consultants, to help prepare you for the real-world context of the workplace.
